Kreativity League 2024 Grand Finale (Schedule for guests)
Venue: Research & Innovation (R&I) Park, IIT Delhi
- Entry Point: Gate 1, IIT Delhi
- Directions: Enter through Gate 1 and proceed towards the Research & Innovation Park (R&I Park)). Security guards along with Signages will assist with directions.
Additional Information:
- Food & Snacks: Available on a paid basis in the R&I, IITD campus.
Day 1: 27th December 2024 [For KL Finalists Students & Teachers]
- 8:30 – 9:30 AM: Registration for the KL 2024 finale at R&I Park through the Teacher coordinator. Teacher will collect the students’ badges from the Registration desk and distribute them. Teachers will take their students to their respective venue.
- 9:30 AM: Inauguration Ceremony (Auditorium, R&I Park) by Lt. Gen. PJS Pannu & Dean, IIT Delhi
- 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM: Competitions at below venues:
RoboQuest – Hall 6B, 6th Floor B block, R&I Park, IIT Delhi
STEMpreneur – Auditorium (GF) & Training Room (SF), R&I Park, IIT Delhi
Astropreneur – Board Room (TF), R&I Park, IIT Delhi
- 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Experience Sharing by Students & Teachers in Auditorium
- 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Result announcement in Auditorium
- Top 10 Teams of STEMpreneur & Top 5 teams of Astropreneur to exhibit on 28 December 2024
- 5:30 PM: Dispersal
Day 2: 28th December 2024 [For Principals, Teachers, Education Leaders, Kreativity Show participants & Kreativity League top 10 teams]
- 8:30 – 9:00 AM: Students’ & Teachers’ Registration for the Kreativity Show at the R&I park reception.
- 9:00- 9:30 AM: Principals & Guests Registration at the R&I park reception.
- 9:30 – 9:40 AM: Kreativity Show Inauguration by Prof. B L Handoo & Dr. B Singh
- 9:40 – 10:00 AM: Keynote by Ramanan Ramanathan, Former (Founder) Mission Director Atal Innovation Mission and Addnl Secy Niti Aayog Government of India
- 10:00 – 11:30 AM: Principals’ Roundtable on “Shaping Policies for STEM Education: A National Perspective” moderated by Dr. Kavita Lohiya Bajpai, Director & Co-founder The International School of Thrissur in Auditorium
- 10:00 – 1:00 PM: Kreativity Show in Courtyard
- 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Sharing Strategies- Best practices to adapt STEM Education in Schools in Auditorium
- 12:00 – 12:30 PM: Welcome of the Chief Guest, Dr. Kiran Bedi & giving a round of Kreativity Show in Courtyard
- 12:30 – 1:00 PM: Reflection of Kreativity League 2024 & Experience Sharing by attendees
- 1:00 – 1:30 PM: Keynote by Dr. Kiran Bedi in Auditorium
- 1:30 – 1:50 PM: Book Launch- Future Ready School in Auditorium
- 1:50 – 2:10 PM: Felicitation of KL 2024 Winners & Kreative Schools in Auditorium
- 2:10 – 2:20 PM: Vote of Thanks
- 2:20 – 3:00 PM: Luncheon for dialogue and collaboration.
